Favorite discovery from the summer of 2015. Directed by Victor Erice, who for some reason, only directed 3 movies his whole life. This is his first from 1973. It takes place in Spain in 1940. The movie Frankenstein comes to town and a little girl sees it. She is shaken up by it and she in a way becomes possessed and believes the monster walks around with her. In this scene she is asking her older sister why the monster killed the little girl. The girl lacks a conscience and doesn't understand human emotion, which becomes a little scary as she is influenced by the monster.
